A bath soak formulated to help relieve aching muscles, fight inflammation, and soothe stiff joints. Lavender essential oil adds an herbaceous spa-like fragrance to relax the senses.
Combining sodium thiosulfate with Epsom salts helps reduce calcium deposits and balance the right amount of calcium and magnesium needed for healthy bones. We also add in comfrey root, known to relieve inflammation and speed healing. Comfrey is referred to as the “knitbone” herb because it has the ability to put back together or “knit” the flesh, sinew & bone. People suffering with osteopenia or osteoporosis might find this soak extremely comforting and helpful.
Instructions
Pour entire 8 oz. bag into running water and allow it to dissolve. Soak for at least 25 minutes for optimal benefits.
While we do recommend using the entire bag in your bath for maximum benefits, our resealable bag ensures that if you do not use the full amount your soak will remain fresh until your next use.
