Fermented Onion Honey Vinaigrette

I need to know what I'm putting into my body.

This naturally sweetened, no-refined-sugar-added salad dressing uses Fermented Onion Honey Sauce and the perfect blend of spices to elevate a simple 3 ingredient recipe.

Here's the backstory: Being strictly gluten free can be tricky at times. You just never know where gluten may be hiding in your foods!  While salad dressings do tend to fall into a "safe" category, I still prefer to make my own when the opportunity arises (one important rule we try to live by is that if we can't pronounce the ingredients, we probably shouldn't be putting it into our bodies).  Oh, and don't forget that I'm trying to feed two kiddos with various food sensitivities too!  So, we fell upon making our own salad dressings and this one is a definite WINNER!

Perfectly tangy from the balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard, but that hint of sweetness from the fermented honey adds a depth of flavor every salad dressing should offer.  ENJOY!

Try this dressing on your favorite salad, heat and drizzle over a piece of chicken, or use as a dip on a fresh veggie platter.
