Roasted Carrots with Fermented Garlic Honey Glaze

Baked carrots have always been a hit in my family and this dish is no exception! The sweetness of the carrots, combined with the savory deliciousness of the Fermented Garlic Honey glaze is simply divine.

Yield: 4 servings



15 carrots (2 lbs), peeled and quartered

3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

6 tbsp Anya's Apothekere Fermented Garlic Honey

kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)



1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

2. On a large baking sheet, toss carrots with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Add Anya's Apothekere Fermented Garlic Honey and continue to toss until coated.

3. Roast until tender and lightly caramelized, 30 minutes.

4. Garnish with parsley, if desired, before serving.
